The person behind the questions
I'm Charles Adeeko. After 23 years in quality engineering, I've developed a habit of questioning how things work and looking for ways to make them better.
In software, that usually comes down to one question: are we actually solving the customer's problem? Not simply “does it work?”, but how do we know it genuinely helps? I find myself asking the same question about AI, security, leadership and anything else I choose to learn seriously.
The other half is craft. Small improvements, repeated consistently, compound over time. That idea shapes how I work, how I learn and how I approach everything from engineering to jiu-jitsu, financial literacy and entrepreneurship.
Professionally, I focus on building lean, reliable quality engineering practices that teams actually want to use, from contract and integration testing to production observability and AI-assisted testing.
Outside work, I'm usually learning something, reading biographies, training jiu-jitsu or experimenting with another way to improve how I work or live.
